I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Science & Industry, focusing on Animal Science. My journey began in agriculture and education, where I found my true passion for counseling. My approach is tailored to you, addressing your unique needs in life. I support clients dealing with trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, and various mental health challenges, working with both teenagers and adults. My aim is to help you embrace your authentic self in a safe space where you can freely share your thoughts.
