I specialize in various aspects of mental health, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, interpersonal relationships, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD). With extensive experience in trauma, PTSD, and adoption-related issues, I have utilized EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for three decades and am also trained in Clinical Hypnosis.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Ministries from Platte Valley Bible College and was ordained in 1985. In 1991, I earned a master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from Pacific Christian College. Originally from the Nebraska panhandle, I spent several years involved in ministry, education, and private practice across the Western United States before returning to Nebraska in 1996
